Made Wijaya designed a great space that is both charming to the eye and enjoyable to inhabit in every detail, with the perfect degree of quiet and intimacy needed by a couple, with no need to close all doors and windows - the tropical garden simply shrouded us.... more

We loved it- from the moment you pull up there is a village feel. Rustic in everyway with nearly all the conveniences (no TV) the views (ask for a view room so you can see the terraced rice paddies. This lovely small resort is just outside Ubud on the west side.Next to the Four Seasons Hotel. There are lovely views across the ravine, revealing some rice paddies, cocconut trees and the river. This resort so far has 6 different villas. We stayed at the Malayan villa which in my feeling was the very best. The decor is beautifully romantic... more
