We've spent almost two weeks in Ubud, at Indira Cottage, A boutique hotel, conveniently located some 100 meters from Monkey Forest, at the bottom of Jalan Monkey Forest, a 5 minute walk from yoga barn and just a stone's throw from all the shops and restaurants on Jalan Monkey Forest. Still, it's adorably tucked away some 50 meters from the... More

We have stayed some beautiful days in Indira cottage in Ubud. Staff was very helpful and we think with the best manager in Ubud, Gusti. Its a place near the center and if you want you can take an easy road to walk to the center. What we have missed is the Indonesia breakfast.

The hotel, for this is what it was really was pretty soul less but spotlessly clean. The staff were mostly very young, friendly and enthusiastic but with little knowledge of English, which may have impacted their flexibiiity. The breakfasts were pre-ordered from a proscribed list, adequate but very predictable. The manager had good communication skills and was very helpful. If... More

It certainly is not a bad place at all, but somehow it's missing atmosphere. It's clean, but in the positive and negative sense. The location is quiet good, because it's close to everything but still relatively quiet. If you like something clean and straight forward, it's certainly a place to go, if you want more heart and color go somewhere... More

My partner and I stumbled upon Indira Cottages during our stay in Ubud and decided to relocate from our current accomodation to Indira. Gustit the manager, was more than willing to drive us back to our previous accomodation to collect our belongings. He was incredibly helpful during our stay in Ubud. Indira Cottage has an amazing location in Ubud, only... More

If you are looking for a good service, home feel kind of stay, then Indira Cottage is good for you. The manager Gusti is very helpful and all the staffs are all as helpful and friendly as Gusti. They can give you a ride on the motorbike if you're going around Ubud. The bathroom is very very big, but the... More

This was my second time staying at the Indira Cottages and it was even better. Gusti (the manager) is an excellent manager of the property. The property hasn't aged a bit in the time since our last visit because of his attention to deatil which is superb. The staff are just fanatastic and really make you feel like its your... More

I recently stayed at Indira Cottage with two friends. The hotel is tugged away and therefore it is a very quiet location, even though in a short walk you are right at Monkey Forest Road with all it's shops and restaurants and also very close to Monkey Forest. Its beautiful and very relaxing to enjoy the tranquility of this place... More
