I really am stunned at the reviews of this hotel. I normally avidly check trip advisor before choosing hotels but I ended up being taken to this hotel by a driver after a change in plans and so was interested to see what the reviews of Biyukukung were like at the end of my holiday. I honestly expected it to... more

The price, we payed was $65. The room very small, for our two cases was not really space. It has many equipment, like a fridge, hairdryer, TV set. But the TV had only indonesian channels (other hotels offer international satellite channels) The bathroom and the room needs renovation, mosquito net was full of holes really bad luck you will have,... more

We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights in September 2009. We booked and I confirmed with my credit card back in July. However upon arrival at 5.30pm in the evening with my mother who had just been travelling for 24 hours and our 7 month old son. We get told there is no reservation for us. I showed them the... more

I saw this hotel on a travel magazine and it has been one of my want-to-stay hotels since then. The pictures on the magazine looked very pretty and the cozy staying seemed to be promising. We decided to visit bali in February, and I first e-mailed them for room availability, There was no response. Then I made an inquiry through... more

this is more like homestay than a hotel and it is built right next to a padi field, you can see the farmer and his wife working in the day. but for light sleeper like me it might be a bit noisy at night with the frogs croaking and ducks quaking in the day, but generally it is really a... more

My wife and I stayed in Byukukung hotel end of August 2006. After visiting one room of each comfort level (actually 3 : room with inside bathroom, room wih outside shower, suite), we chose room Kokokan 1, which was said to be the best one, closest to the swimming pool and with the best view. We paid 90 USD inc.... more

I visit Ubud twice a year and have stayed in many of its Hotels. I would strongly advise that you do not stay at this hotel, quite simply it is not value for money and not up to standard when compared to the competition. The rooms are very small, not well maintained, poorly sound insulated (you can hear every word... more

We stayed at Biyukukung for a total of 3 nights at their deluxe room. As it was low season, the manager was kind enough to gave us very good rate as we were recommended by our previous resort. In fact our rate suppose to be for standard room but up graded to deluxe room due to our request. The room... more

We had checked in another place with rice field views before personally visit Biyukukung Suites and Spa hotel in May 2005. We were hold back by the review "Less than Pleasant Experience", as it seems to be a bad choice despite wonderful rice field views which we were hunting for. The manager on site was very nice and even let... more
