We stayed here for 3 nights in September 2009. The resort was great, food and service was fantastic. The pool was beautiful and the grounds were lovely. The room we chose was Ubud Chalet which was nice however didn't have a balcony.. which would have been nice, but it did have sliding doors which opened over the rice paddy fields.... more

Unrenovated room. There is no four poles bed with net. Refused to assist us in contacting other hotel or booking agent. Location and food are good. Feel disappointed. Call long distance to complaint. Spoiled holiday mood. All room were full as told, so, nothing can be done. Priorty were given to conferece group. Happy with breakfast and pool area. more

Congratulations to the staff! Very friendly, helpful and professional... they make you feel welcome everywhere you go... Beautiful environment which gives tranquility and peace... I've never written one of these before, but this place is really lovely. Go for a pool villa. Expensive, but private and oh-so luxurious. From the outdoor shower, to the huge 4-poster, the [chilled !!] pool, the sun loungers in about 2" water [to keep you cool] and the day bed [which was superb to watch the bats at night].... more
