Extremely friendly and helpful staff.. love the ambiance, not a luxury place but just comfortable and the friendliness makes it even better. Free shuttle bus provided and very clever driver, who found us in a restaurant when we were waiting for our take-away while waiting for the shuttle bus. My partner and I as well as our friends (another couple) stayed at Junjungan in April this year and were so happy with our stay. We were upgraded as they were virtually empty (only one other couple were there) and the room was absolutely amazing. Booked through agoda. Was tranferred by the hotel into a foul, moldy, feces-filled room at a sister hotel. I have plenty of pictures of our nasty hotel.
