We booked this after arriving at a neigbouring hotel where there was a problem with electricity. Stayed in the 1 bedroom villa which had a private pool. I stayed at a villa of this hotel. This can be a shelter of yours. Villa and private pool is fenced and isolated. So, I swam naked. Samhita garden is located near from center of Ubud, So you can walk everywhere. more

We stayed at Samhita Garden (formerly Santika Garden) on two occasions, in 2002 and 2005 for around seven days. This hotel is situated in a great location close to all eateries and village markets. Casa Luna is just around the corner, great cooking classes. We booked the private villa with pool on one occasion and the bungalow on the other.... more

Samhita Garden was recommended to us through the Lonely Planet guidebook, which quoted the property as having a few bungalows overlooking a nice pool. Our Lonely Planet Guidebook also mentioned that the staff had a tendency not to smile! That said, the property was fairly nice, and the pool was wonderful.
