Altough you cannot expect too much for the money you are paying for the rooms you can expect more than you get at Ubud Inn. The rooms are quite filthy, beds and matrasses too bad to sleep on, and bathroom very outdated. When you mention an airco those should work properly and have the capacity to cool these spacy rooms.... more

I stayed @ Ubud In n because all hotels in Ubud was fully booked in Aug 2009. i stayed here for 2nights 3 days. The first time we entered the room, we were totally shock because it was not as we expected and not as great as the picture i saw on the internet. Things that i don't like about... more

I stayed at the Ubud Inn after 6 nights at the Tegal Sari only becasue I wanted to extend my stay in Ubud and the Tegal Sari was fully booked. This place was a disappointment for the money. The staff were generally not very helpful and unfriendly and the rooms were okay but not great. The location is good as... more

Rp.750000 a night for a room like that is not cheap for me but I can't believe that there is no hair shampoo in the bathroom. I give 70 out of 100 marks for this place. more

We travel to Ubud twice a year, for business & a little time for leisure. Have stayed at Ubud Inn many times as the gardens are absolutely divine & the location very central. We've found the staff to be helpful but not over pushy - maybe because we go often, they know not to hassle us too much. However !... more

Ubud Inn staff are consistently helpful and friendly. The atmosphere has more of a family feel than that of a hotel, which ensures a restful and relaxing stay. The gardens are some of the best I have seen in Bali and the location is perfect - an easy walk to a great range of restaurants, dance performances and art galleries. I... more

Perfect location right in the middle of town and beautiful gardens and pool but they are the only positives. Rooms were very basic for the price US$60 per night with air con. No tissues or face washers, hard old chairs on the balcony, smelly towels. The whole place has great potential if only they spent a bit of money upgrading... more

Nice gardens and nice location...that's where the good part stops. Very pushy staff, constantly bugging guests about tour and rafting trips, etc....even when almost in your room, which was basic at best, not worth the money. Too small pool for size of hotel and not enough guest chairs...was hassled by another guest to leave a chair that he had left... more

there are much better deals in town, was disapoiinted. Since I booked trough an agent they gave me the worst room, though it was a room for their employees... Location is good and staff ok, but now worth the price more

I booked the cheapest room available at the Ubud Inn, which was $15 a night. I'm not sure if the more expensive rooms are nicer, but my room was quite basic with a double bed, very worn comforter, ceiling fan, and incredibly decrepit bathroom. The bathroom, especially the toilet, was old and stained. The inn itself is gorgeous, a lot... more
