Just started about a month ago, this is the latest 5 star property in Bandung. the buliding is impressive. And the rooms are very modern and with latest aminities. But the service is far from expectation of 5 star standards. Pepole have to be really trained to do better customer service, and I hope they will learn quickly more

I stayed for a night in Hilton Bandung. Service at the reception desk is good and quite fast. The Deluxe room is very large with modern-style. A bit surprise when I did not find a bath-tub.
