Rooms are decent size, but in need of a renovation. Even the toiletries were not worth using. Quality of Room service was poor, as was the breakfast at the Restaurant. more

Stayed @ the Hyatt Regency for 3 nights. The location is great with a shopping mall attached to the hotel. We walked to Jalan Riao (Martadinata) an visited most of the factory outlets on the street. Stayed for the weekend to get some shopping done. The Hyatt is definately older, and is in need of repair/upgrade. Room was of a decent size, but dirty/moldy. I had such high hopes for the Hyatt Regency, Bandung only to see them dashed by the terrible searing pain of dissapointment. Ok, ok, it wasn't that bad... but still... It is an old hotel and not as well maintained as it should be. I remember one electrical outlet practically hanging by a thread. And I saw one tiny little... more

Definitely old hotel, definitely need major renovation for it to use the Hyatt brand name. Rooms are quite big, location is actually the best thing about this hotel since it is close to outlet malls. I have stayed in Sheraton (bad location, far from everywhere, but better facility), Holiday Inn (average and moderate location), so I guess this hotel's location... more

You wont find a world class 5 stars hotel here in Bandung. Hyatt Regency is among the best hotels in Bandung, but still there are other hotels that are better. Hyatt Regency is kinda old, but the room was still acceptable. I dont really recommend this hotel though, as you can find other hotels thats better in Bandung. more
