My first choice when in Bandung. The staff is genuine friendly and helpful in all aspects. Rooms are spacious and got all you can ask for. The only drawback for me, no walk in shower. Only bath tubs. An dteh elevators are real slow. Grat location and great food as well.

Pak wayan always help my reservation, just send sms, and bfast team always Prepare my meal. Best greeting and table always ready, no need to request, they understand you need. I like if they serve more local food.

Hotel is very old, service is slow. Facilities look like 3 star. There is even no bath robe in room. Asked for tea during breakfast, but I never get it, while most waiters and waitress were walking around doing nothing.
