In my opinion this is a 3 star instead of 4 star hotel. Service is average. We went on a long weekend so the hotel was full of locals. Check-in time was delayed due to the crowd. We were given a room which was not even cleaned yet! however a few minutes later, we got transfered to a room which... more

The Hotel Jayakarta is a good 4-star hotel by any standards. Breakfast had numerous items, although service can be slow. The hotel can hold small conventions, but internet accessibility needs to be improved ( a problem all over Indonesia). Jayakarta was adding a new wing in April 2005.
