“Better Novotel Bangkok than Novotel Bandung!”

Room has a strange smell and pretty stale air. Novotel Bnadung can't fight Novotel Bangkok. The only 2 things which made the stay much better was (1) the breakfast spread and (2) a friendly front-desk staff by the name of Dinah.

Stay in this hotel during my 4D3N holiday. They provide airport transfer and Excellent service and information given. This hotel is very clean. Start with the friendly staff.. Either in the reception, concierge, house keeping and waitress in the restaurant. Next is the good food. Various delicous breakfast menu. Tasty mie goreng aceh for my dinner and colenak for my light bites. Then the room is spacious enough and clean. The last is the reasonable price.
