“Helpful and friendly staff”

We were staying in this hotel for 5 days and found it very pleasant. Rooms are tastefully furnished and the staff were helpful and courteous. The location is excellent. The breakfast was ok but could be improved.

First thing I noticed was the safe deposit box missing. Was it missing or the one of hotel websites said wrong? Second was the TV..
