Stayed here for 2 nights. Being a Platinum SPG member, they automatically upgraded my room into a suite, an Executive suite if I'm not mistaken. Great location and one of the best value for money. Excellent service and very warm personnel. Room was big, clean and very comfortable and in the executive lounge the service and choice were one of the best I have ever seen. Delicious breakfast as well.

Great location. Great service. Good breakfast buffet. Meeting services were very strong. Rooms were good. Gym facilities were also quite good. Only downside: hotel allows smoking quite liberally. So can be quite overwhelming.

The hotel is located in the same area with tunjungan plaza famous and big shopping mall in center surabaya. Room is spacious and clean but the low ceiling makes it look smaller.
