Yep, you have to stay there because it allows you to easily climb the Bromo. The hotel is definitely not at a good standard, not really clean, pretty old, food way under average and pricy, but it's one of the best solutions to sleep somewhere near the Bromo... more

We stayed at Bromo Cootages at the end of August and overall were very disappointed. The cottage rooms are average, smelling humidity, would need a serious refresh, especially the bathrooms.
