The staff were friendly and helpful. We liked the rooms too, felt cosy. Some of the staff were quite proficient in English, which makes communicating easier. The hotel restaurant food was quite nice. Should try the chicken steak. If you are short of indonesian rupiah, can change at the hotel although rate isn't too good. if you need the internet, you can rent the pc facility. nice swimming pool. the hotel seems to be mostly occupied by business travellers, quiet and undisturbed surroundings.however, not near shopping centres, cabdrive takes 20mins to reach tunjungan plaza. overall, feels like a high-class chalet :D more
