Yes...the spa is a must try because it is award winning. I loved my stay at this hotel because it was really quiet and peaceful. The pool was super inviting and I had a fantastic room. Another fantastic hotel.. Excellent service, friendly staffs, good food and the best massage. Our room was on the ground floor facing the beautiful garden.. So quiet and peaceful.. Next time if we go back batam we definately will stay there again !!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!! more
