This is a complete resort hotel with no easy access to the outside so be prepared to pay the resort prices for everything you need unless you stock up in the shops at the ferry terminal. Hotel staffs are very polite especially restaurant waiter & waitress. We really enjoyed beautiful view, excellent services, SPA, kids club etc. Strongly strongly recommend you come to there for vacation. Definitely we would back there again. more
