We stayed in the Grand Angkasa, because it is pretty new, modern and much better than other medan hotels seem to be. We enjoyed a great Ramadan Rate, which was half of the rack rate. the grand angkasa is about 4 star by international standard, but labeled 5 star - however it is the best hotel in Medan, the staff are just beautiful.
