As we walked round the island we saw the water pipes that they're just now installing to brring fresh water to the Gili islands from Lombok. When they finish that programme the water in the showers will no longer be salty ("island" water pumped from underground, not processed seawater) and in some people's opinion I'm sure the Gili Air hotel... more
