Spent three nights at Salsa del Salto with extended family. Beautiful setting with views of the mountains and mesa. Rooms were very comfortable and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Homemade cookies or brownies were left out in the afternoon. Pam and Jim were very helpful, offering restaurant, hiking advice, and suggestions for sidetrips. more

We stayed for two nights in October 2008, an really would not mind to stay longer. It is a very nice place, very clean, with real home style kitchen. As long as Pam and Jim are the owners, I’d choose this place over Taos proper. more
