I stayed at Metropol in July, it is not a three star hotel, it is a one star hostel. Neither the restaurant nor the bar worked, I had to have breakfast in my room. The hotel room was very clean. It had a double size bed well, two singles pushed together another bed by the window, a fridge, a television and a new kettle. The first room they tried giving us had a water leak, a very bad musty smell of mold and a burn hole in the bed sheets. Breakfest ends too early at 0930. Customer servive not friendly at all. Only persons friendly were the cleaning lady. Natayna is a beautiful city but all the hotels are old and run down. more
