My family has stayed at Pina Barosh several times over the years - this family owned and run business provides an amazing experience. The rooms are beautiful and unique - lots of attention to every detail. The food is fresh and AMAZING. The proprieters will pay attention to your every need and are full of great information about local activities. The vista from the yard is spectacular. Staying at Pina Barosh is a wonderful escape from some of the faster paced areas of Israel - relaxed and low key. It will really give you a different sense of the country and its people than staying only in the cities. I can't praise this place enough! more

This B&B is an excellent find. It is located in a sprawling, multi-level stone house that is over 100 years old and has been owned by the same family the whole time. Rooms are quiet and quaint. Our room was the "Plants" ("Tzmachim") room, which was cavernous, with vaulted ceilings and a giant in-room jacuzzi tub. The bed and other furniture were comfortable. The room came with a mini-fridge, tea/coffee, bottled water, and homemade sweets. The only down side to the room was that the WC was up three in-room stairs.

Breakfast was served in the restaurant. Unlike most B&Bs, which use their restaurant only for the perfunctory breakfast buffet, Pina Barosh's restaurant is actually a famous restaurant, known as Shiri Bistro. "Al Shulchan," Israel's leading foodie magazine, selected Shiri Bistro as one of the top 100 restaurants in the country.
