stayed 1 night. the hotel is very lovely, built in a nice area in a style I'd call Ottoman Empire, very very special architecture and design. our room was extraordinary, enjoyed very much. breakfast - rich, but kosher.

Poor value for the money. Staff, except for the front desk, seemed annoyed to have to deal with people. Bathroom was not very clean, room itself was small. Restaurant dinner buffet cost was extremely over priced- so much so, we ate elsewhere. Would not recommend.

The hotel, the rooms, the food, the view, were all fantastic. However, the service was poor. I stayed there for 3 nights with a group. The service at the restaurant and other services were poor. The employees need to be trained better. Some of the restaurant employees did not speak English, causing some issues. Management was advised.
