We liked certainly liked the location, right outside of the town of Tiberia.s They gave us a room with a great view of the sea of galilee and a balcony. The room was not particulary clean and could have used a bit of renovation. It did come with TV and AC. It was quiet at night. Good breakfast included but service was slow. The place had their own what they called hot springs pool with a rocky sandy bottom, but it had not been kept up and was therefore not very clean. I swam in it and found the water cool. I got the impression the place needed more staff. We had a car and found it to be very handy in seeing the ocean and the outlaying areas more
