I was part of a pilgrimage group. The service we received was very poor. rooms that were given to people were not ready, bed clothes not on beds. The carpet in corridoors was dirty. When we approached staff they were not very helpful. Location was far above Tiberias. Amenities were only fair. What I liked most was the selection of food. more
