Once getting to our room at the second room we had a bed feeling the room small bed and had outdated furniture and amenities. The hotel in general look like it in need for remodeling. After complaining to the reception about the small they send someone to look at the problem but this did not seam to solve the problem.... more

negative - the attitude of those in reception , we had to change our room ....they gave us a box initially without light so no thanks .The hotel was full with kids , and extremely noisy .The rooms without a working refrigerator , and small problems in finding liquids in this hotel.You need a car to travel around . positive... more

I did not stay my stay at this facility. Hotel did not have concierge service, and management not able to offer advice on places to see nor did the possess any literature or maps in english. I think it is common in Israel to cut into lines, but when this happens you expect management of hotel to keep order. Good... more

We stayed here with a group and it felt like a massive feed hall. It was very crowded everywhere you went lots of people. The dinner and breakfast was crazy. People rudely bumping into you. This was a one night stay for us on our trip, and it was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, and service was fine. I would stay here again. All the rooms had a beautiful view of the Sea of Gallaliee. more
