This hotel was disgusting. The lobby and facilities are fine though a little outdated. The rooms are repulsive!!! There was black mold, newer pink mold, dust, spider webs, dirt, grime, you name it. The beds were gross. The furniture and was so old and dirty I would not even sit on it/touch it. The bedding was stained and uncomfortable. nd... more

Once getting to our room at the second room we had a bed feeling the room small bed and had outdated furniture and amenities. The hotel in general look like it in need for remodeling. After complaining to the reception about the small they send someone to look at the problem but this did not seam to solve the problem.... more

We stayed here 1 night. The room was small but comfortable and starting to show it's age. The pool and spa across the road were very nice. more

I did not stay my stay at this facility. Hotel did not have concierge service, and management not able to offer advice on places to see nor did the possess any literature or maps in english. I think it is common in Israel to cut into lines, but when this happens you expect management of hotel to keep order. Good... more

The purpose was to take part in a triathlon, which was opposite the hotel. On arrival our room was not yet ready, but were offered to use the hot springs, which is near the hotel. We declined as looked for a restaurant for lunch. On our return we were... more

We stayed here with a group and it felt like a massive feed hall. It was very crowded everywhere you went lots of people. The dinner and breakfast was crazy. People rudely bumping into you. People carrying off whole loaves of bread. The food wasnt very good either, especially when it was sabbat- no fresh bread or coffee. There was... more

I stayed at this hotel, as part of an extended family holiday, but have to say that I would not do so again and cannot reccommend it. The rooms were shabby, mine filled with spiders!! As it was Passover (I am not of that faith so couldn't see the reason for not having my type of food available too -... more

We stayed here with various family members for four nights over the Passover/Easter period. The hotel was very busy (being Passover) and I have to say it was a unique experience to stay in a hotel with its own synagogue. The public areas were pleasant but the lack of a bar, again due to the particular time of year, was... more

This was a one night stay for us on our trip, and it was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, and service was fine. I would stay here again. All the rooms had a beautiful view of the Sea of Gallaliee. more
