Great start to my time in the Holy Land. The hotel is very comfortable, and the food is first-rate. The staff are very helpful. I had trouble with the steps in the grounds, but learned belatedly that there are several lifts - the hotel staff aim to make these better known. more

Our group of 40 stayed 3 nights at this hotel and fell in love with it. The rooms are nicely appointed and clean, and the food is delicious. We had a very nice antique room with all the amenities. Lovely grounds and a good location. The only downside was the front desk which was pleasant but rather inefficient : one morning they forgot our wake up call, they were supposed to make a dinner reservation but never did, among other things. more
