while some individual employees were friendly, the front desk was downright surly. the food was so-so. the rooms were definately average. I felt they were gauging all they could, from Internet to food. I'd find a different place next time. more

I stayed with a tour - and the food was so good - at the evening there was a piano bar with lovely music - The pianist was excellent. The staff are so friendly - I love to go again - more

we booked this hotel via www.centraldereservas.com which worked very well, price was 100 Euro/night inkl. breakfast for two. We got a room with balcony towards the lake, air con and a fridge. Hand rail on bath held on with 1 screw as was toilet roll holder, last guest dirty washing behind case table, promised to repair but never did, could not understand why we said they were unhelpful. Would not go back. Food ok more

Our room was in the basement (although they call those rooms newly renovated, they look like they were renovated in the '70's). The bathroom was small with good water pressure, the breakfast was ok, the service was ok, the location was ok. .it was OK.
