The room smelled stale and the carpet had stains on it - (milk? worse? ) and had not been vacuumed. The baseboard heater in the bathroom was encrusted with a layer grime and dirt on top of it. We were tired and needed to sleep, so we didn't leave. But we got out of there as fast as we could... more

The room of the floor seemed never to be cleaned. Dirt and hair everywhere! The floor even wasnt even. Bathroom also terrible: everthing old, broken and dirty. Noticed some bugs. There was a pile of garbage outside of our room (broken toilet, broken cot, old mattresses) and a smell of urine. Inside, there were insects, stains on walls, mildew in bathroom and broken fixtures. Someone had attempted to force the chain lock, and the door frame was coming away from the wall. The bed was a little lumpy. more

We got caught by rain a friday nite and had to decide to sleep in Albany on our way to Canada. We arrived at 9.30 pm and were told complete. Paper thin walls, moldy bathroom, prepackaged muffins for breakfast, need I say more? We will never stay here again. In fact this makes staying at any Super 8 a question mark. I don't understand how a chain can lend its name to accommadations like this. more

We needed a room for 1 night before flying out early the next AM. At about $59 we figure it was worth a shot. Wrong! Room needed a major overhaul. Various appliances were plugged into one small power strip instead of wall outlets which was a real fire hazard. The flimsy strip also would not hold most of the plugs... more
