The rooms are spotless and the ambiance is lovely. Our bed was very comfortable, with great pillows. Our stay was more like being in a hotel, with more privacy, than being in a stuffy, lonely hotel in a strange city. The staff were superb. They were friendly and very competent. We'd highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great hotel with the perfect view! Oceanfront rooms with balconies! This is perfect for leaving open at night while you sleep listening to the ocean. The Ramada has a top notch buffet and spa as well as being a short walk from an E-Mart! Great experience. Very close to the airport which makes your last day on the island a... More

yes this hotel is rather dated in design, and does serve noisy tour groups. That said, my room, a sea facing one was totally functional. The view was great, although you would be aware of the planes landing, but thankfully not loud enough to keep one awake... Room service was very prompt, and as usual local food items are really... Convenient location in GuJeju, right by the sea, 10 mins drive from the Airport. Walking distance to the local restaurants (mostly charging exorbitant tourist prices) and one block from e-Mart where you can get everything you need. The hotel complex was huge, completed with casino and convention center. Free parking for hotel guests at basement garage. The structure and decor... More

Stayed here one night after landing at Jeju Airport. This is an atrium style hotel, in the fashion that was popular in the 1970s and 1980s. At one time, it was probably a popular convention center, but nowadays, it caters primarily to Mainland Chinese on cheap package tours to Jeju. Although the hotel has the potential to be a really... The hotel is located near the airport. The check in was flawless, and the room was facing the Halla Mountain, not much of views. The hotel had casino which was accessible to the foreigners only. Lots of chinese tourists in the hotel. The wholesale market is located next door, and lots of massage places. The Jeju Island is famous for... More

The airport pick up was great, nice car too. I really did like this hotel, from the room, bed, linen, TV, bathroom and the food. Everything was good. It is a little aged, but spotless to a tee. The hotel has a pool (indoor) and a gym, but they do charge extra to use them. Overall, i highly recommend it.

This hotel is very near the airport. You can see from a far the nice structure of the Hotel. Very nice receiving area. The room is clean, complete with amenities, typical of a hotel. However only one bottled water is free and there are no free toothbrush.. Wi fi is free in your hotel room..Buffet breakfast is also typical of... More

This is a smart hotel just ten minutes from Jeju International Airport. Unfortunately the sea view was not so promising in the Korean Winter in January. This may have been a different story in summer because my room had an excellent view of the ocean. Otherwise, the hotel is comfortable and clean. The definite highlight is the food. The buffet on... Was on business and wanted to stay close to the airport so chose Ramada Plaza since my previous stays in other hotels in Jeju City is less than inspiring. Hotel is old but nevertheless well maintained. Got a Suite which is ordinary and breakfast is average. Close to the airport and will stay again if on business in Jeju City.
