My husband and I travelled with our 1 year old from Sydney to London for Christmas with our parents. We flew with Asiana and were allocated this hotel on arrival at Incheon airport. We wouldn't describe the experience as 'terrible', but it wasn't ideal with a toddler in tow.

We had to wait quite a while for the bus to the hotel and got an inkling of things to come when we saw the bus's 'homely' decor. It took 30 mins to get to the hotel, longer than I expected for an airport stopover.

No expense had been spared in decorating the hotel, however the person in charge seems to have had peculiarly bad taste and Botchit and Co appear to have been employed to do the work.

Dinner was OK - a buffet which we were able to collect and take up to our room as after the 10 hour flight, the long wait at the airport for the bus and the fairly long drive, our boy was exhausted.

No cots were available, so one of us slept on the double bed with the baby whilst... more
