We had a great two weeks at the Hotel Serendib. The staff are superb,very friendly and helpful. We booked wuth Mercury Direct on an all inclusive basis and it was amazing value for money. Went to the Hotel with Wife+2 Kids and In-Laws. We had a great time. Room was comfortable, the staff was friendly. Beach is very clean, and 20m from the room. Breakfast was excellent. more

We have just returned from 2 weeks at Serendib, As the Mercury rep pointed out , the hotel is classed as 3-star, so it is unrealistic to expect 5-star accommodation.
