stayed 5 nights which were arranged without fuss by the manager Mr Tai. what can i say. a gorgeous place. intimate but spacious. the interiors understated in a graceful way. what a location.. right bang on the beachfront- the staff were extremely friendly and helpful- made us feel like one of the family-although we did eat out in nearbye unawatuna... more

Absolutely stunning and private villa in a beautiful location along the Galle coast. There was 8 of us here for a 50th Birthday celebration and the villa fitted perfectly for the occasion! We have stayed at Ambalama Villa a number of times and each time has been as wonderful as the last. Our children now jump out of the car run through the house and jump straight into the pool fully clothed after a long trip its become our tradition. My friends and I stayed at Ambalama recently and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location just South of Galle is perfect for those who prefer to stay outside the Fort and on the beach. Everything was great: house, nature, food, serice. We were in paradise. The best seafood - crabs, calamari, fish... You just think about cold mango fresh juice and the staff already gave you. Thank you for these cool days! more
