this hotel is very well located in Negombo, overlooking the beach and there are many very good restaurants as well as shops with. The pesonnel is very friendly and warm welcome. the chmres are clean and comfortable bed. to recommend to the arrival or last nights before departure. If we go back to Negombo we again choose this hotel.

Clean hotel, air con, balcony, nice pool, sits on the beach. Lovely helpful staff. Older building but not expensive. Breakfast was disappointing, but adequate. Good place to start or stop your travels round Sri Lanka as near the airport.

Older building hotel ,very friendly staff and they held our baggage while we traveled around the country,yes the ocean is right there in front not too far from a morning fish market. Breakfast should have been included somehow and wifi was available in lobby. Overall a good starting off and ending point.

Stayed here for three days at the start of a memorable magical journey. Great, clean and friendly representation of this wonderful country and people. The owner was very helpful and provided us with a driver who we will remember forever our Wasantha "Thomas" was the perfect guide on our trip of a lifetime! I didnt have a very good experience here. Rooms seemed overpriced for what they were (although all of Negombo seemed over priced complared to the rest of Sri Lanka).
