Just came back from a week at the Grand Hi-Lai on business. The front desk warmly greeted us and were very kind. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was good size, with a deep tube and separate shower stall. I had the buffet breakfast every day. There were choices between Western and Chinese food. They bake their bread... more

Good location with beautiful views of the city and harbor, spacious rooms with nice decor--slippers and robe with turn down service, many amenities, best part is the amazing, friendly service-oriented staff (most speak english) that will make sure you have a great stay! more

We stayed there for one night in August. The hotel is really nice, with great views, and a great buffet upstairs (dinner, breakfast). The gym is amazing - with great pools and workout area.
