We were on honeymoon for 4 weeks in Thailand, and stayed in Kuraburi for 4 nights. It was my favourite part of our trip.

Note that we have been there at a quiet period (after protesters took the Bangkok airport), and there were few guests apart from us. Maybe it is less nice there if the ressort is full.

Pros:
- Really beautiful location, very quiet (apart from Zikada and Gecko calls). Nice pond, nice pool, nice rooms, clean, beautiful plants.
- Food was quite good and not expensive (of course, in Bangkok you can get better food for less money)
- Staff was very friendly. Especially Mr Nop was hery helpful.
- Good base for making snorkell trips to Similan and Surin islands, or to Kao Sok national park. The best trip we had was to the local rainforest with Mr Nop (who showed us lots of stuff and prepared a wonderful lunch in the rainforest for us)
