Charmless rooms, but clean enough, good bed, quiet AC and good shower. Free, fast wifi in lobby. Downtown location close to foodmarkets and river. Nice and helpful staff. Cheap laundry at hotel and you can book xpressboat to the islands at the reception. This hotel has all you need to cool down and freshen up before continuing your adventure.
