Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Although there’s nothing to do in Surat Thani this hotel is perfectly fine for a stop over. Clean and tidy but couldn’t get any hot water in the shower and the beds were like concrete. But totally except able for a couple of nights.

Its a really big hotel so you would espect that they have a restaurant or so. They don't have it, only frozen food you can warm up in the microwave. Personal don't speak a bit English, and on the website were we booked said "free breakfast" which turns out to be crackers and honey! Thats no breakfast! If you don't eat pork your screwed here cause you can buy an breakfast with some pork and eggs and no cheese or so. So your breakfast will be just an egg. Which they found quite weird or so, so she just maked the breakfast of my friend and forgot to make mines 😅. Beds and the room are fine though but it is a oke place for 1 night.

Located on a quiet road off the main street into town. Walking distance to the town centre, or taxi to shopping malls. Had cooked breakfast in the morning, eggs, sausage, toast, jam and tea. Kettles and mugs at reception with tea and coffee for the room. Free 24 hour tea and coffee just next to reception as well. Friendly staff, not good at English but Google translate helped out. Reception ordered taxis and phoned for restaurant addresses at night.

We stayed here for two night as we had business to do in Surat town. From outside, the building looks like a normal Thai Apartment block. I was not sure if they will be okay when I first get there. But after checking in and seeing our room, we were relieved. The staff was very friendly and professional. They handled our queries very well. The room is new, spacious and clean. There were a small fridge with two free bottles of water. Air-con and tv were in good condition and worked fine. Hair dryer can also be borrowed from the counter downstairs. The shower with warm water is also good but it would be better if it is in different section with the toilet. In the morning, free bread, tea and coffee are also provided in the lobby. If you prefer hot breakfast, you can also order from the cafe there. Or if you prefer local food, it is only a few minutes walk to the main road. Free wi-if was available in the room. The connection and speed were good. We had no problem after first time logging in from day one. The place is a great choice for people who want a simple clean bed, convenient location and good speed wifi. It s really good value for money. Everything else is really a bonus. Would definitely stay there if we are in Suratthani again.

The hotel is centrally located and only a 30 minute car ride from the airport. Very clean and modern hotel that was perfect between transit. It's located near the hospital so street food is all around rather than restaurants. 711 is just a block away too. Very relaxing hotel that I wouldn't mind staying in again if I am in Surat Thani.

Booked this literally for an overnight before flying to Vietnam. Very very clean and the bed is massive! Definitely worth staying here for similar purposes! Also booked a taxi for 5am to go to airport (cost 400baht) and it was there waiting outside ready!

We visited the hotel for one night, an overnight and then proceed to Penang using the train. This hotel is located midway between downtown and the train station. Its not far from riverbank and a lot of street market. The staff is quite helpful. Recommended !

This hotel must rate as probably THE best i have stayed.in during my time in Thailand..on a pro rata basis[price etc]The staff were VERY VERY nice...even the owner[who i thought was a guest] & his wife.its situation in Suratt was perfect...many resturants within 5 min walk. The room itself was perfect...and SPOTLESS CLEAN..flat screen TV..perfect wi-fi connection..The whole of the hotel was VERY VERY clean..in fact you could have eaten your food from the floor it was that clean. They have no restaurant as such but have a nice coffee cafe...the have a breakfast set...79bht..which is egg/tomato/sausage/toast + coffee/tea...yes 79bht..can you believe it.The car park is ample with cover & marked out bays for at least 18 cars. This hotel should have a much higher rating [IMO]...SUPERB..just SUPERB. To Quote a famous saying "I will return".....................for sure Peter Spittles

Chose this place due to it's vicinity to suratthani airport as I had an early flight the following morning. I liked how quiet it was, being down a quiet street, so I slept very well. The staff were very helpful and friendly, managing to easily organise my transportation for the following morning. The room was a very nice size and incredibly good value for money. It was also nice to be around the locals (didn't see any westeners there) and they were very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone spending a night or two in suratthani.
