Simple place, good location, staff efficient but doesn't speak english that much. Clean rooms but cheap building, you hear everything. But it's also what you wait for this kind of guesthouse. You can reach the clock tower and the night market within 5 minutes by foot.

A good budget choice for Chiang Rai. It's near the bus station, so very convenient if you're coming in by bus. The rooms are reasonably sized, not great, but you're not paying all that much either. It's in a quiet back street, off a quiet main street, so there's no problem with noice!
