We had a very pleasant stay at the Wiang Inn. Good breakfast, very pleasant staff and small but clean swimming pool. Would recommend it to anyone exploring the surrounding areas. Not expensive but not quite top class. Rooms OK with good bathrooms, minibar and cable TV. A bit austere and breakfast barely adequate: stale pastries and a plate of cold fried eggs although one day there was an egg chef. Very central. Minibus to the airport (100baht).
