We stayed 5 nights at the River House and were absolutely satisfied with every aspect. Ther room was excellent and well serviced, position, surroundings and manicured gardens beautiful and all staff were brilliant! This hotel was BEAUTIFUL! The pool was gorgeous. The rooms were gorgeous. The grounds of the hotel were filled with flowers and statues. We visited Chiang Rai in mid-February and stayed at River House Resort and Spa. The setting is beautiful, and the pool/grounds are well maintained. The rooms are also good size and service is efficient. However, the food is mediocre and expensive. We dined in and had room service for the kids.
