If ever a hotel depended on it's location, this would be it. Once, it may have been worthwhile staying here but a total lack of maintenance gives it a tired feel. We spent 2 nights in two interconnecting rooms that went straight out to pool one side- or we could sit overlooking gardens/pond out the other side. This place has such beautiful grounds that are beautifully maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful, Meals were fantastic.
