okay for what you pay, and a good location, but prepare yourself for very, very basic accommodations. A backpacker would give this 5 stars. We are seniors, so we rate it 1 star. A wonderful guesthouse, such a great locations. The Thai style bungalows were large, comfortable and clean, with a great balcony. The staff were fantastic.
