I stayed in the 650 Baht room overlooking/hanging the river. - Good location. Within walking distance of the bridge. Booked this place on the Internet and were pleasently surprised by the location and quality of the accommodation. Blue Star Guest House is a complex of little "Tree Houses" that offer all the comfort you can ask for. I stayed here for 1 night. It was cheap (only 150baht) for a room with ensuite bathroom, and the food served was cheap and good. Vegetarian food cost 30-40baht, very worth it.
