This hotel liked us so much!! it is a very good spa resort just on the river Kwai wih a wonderful garden in zen style with many beautyful tropical plants. The rooms are simple but large and clean with a large balcony on the garden, very nice the wooden forniture. In the resot there is a spa not too expensive... more

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. They have rock hard beds that caused back ache and an inability to sleep. The offer slippers in the room that are worn having been used by previous guests. None of the food at the buffet breakfast is covered and there were flies around and on the fruit. It is 8km to the... more

This is the third time I have visited Kanchanaburi, and each time in a different hotel. This is by far the best one yet, and I think I will stop looking. We stayed in a standard room, which had a view of the river, a reasonable bathroom, and they even provided a nice baby cot for us free of charge.... more

We took a detached bungalow at this hotel with three bedrooms with ensuie bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen with microwave and refridgerator. although the hotel is a little out of town it is in a quite location by the river and ideal if you have your own transport and you are in easy reach of all the tourist... more

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay here and if returning to Kanchanaburi would stay at this facility again. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was quiet. Had dinner at their riverside restaurant one night at sunset and it was beautiful. We had our own car so didn't encounter any problems with transportation even though the... more

This hotel is beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful and very sweet. The food in the restaurant was delicious (maybe a little expensive). We stayed in a room on the 1st floor overlooking the river kwai -it was beautiful. There are lots of insects and gekos around in the evening though -due to being right next to the river.... more

Difficult to find, a fair way out of town and far from anything else, no body seemed to know where it was. Pretty location on the river. We stayed in one of the upstairs deluxe rooms with a great view over the river. Comfortable bed and clean. Room overpriced. Buffet breakfast was ordinary. This hotel caters better for the Thais.... more

We recently spent a long holiday week-end in Kanachanaburi and book this hotel based on recommendations we received. The hotel is a little out of town in a quite location by the river and ideal if you arrive hear with your own car. Traffic is not an issue and you can reach all sightseeing points with ease. The rooms and... more

We recently went to Thailand and stayed at a few hotels all over southern Thailand. This was by far and away a GREAT place to stay. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: Stayed in a river view room for 2 nights. It was on the end of the hall HUGE room by asian standards and was just yards away... more
