This was a gem in the jungle. Off the beaten path, quiet and quaint. Each room is a small cottage. Bathroom is open air with a screened area over shower. Nice comfortable beds with air conditioned bedroom. Sink in the bathroom had only cold water so I would have to rate this down slightly for this fact. This is a fairly small resort. There is an outside eating area and a small bar right next to River Kwai. There is also an interior eating area above the outside eating area. This is in a jungle type place so you must keep an open mind when staying here and enjoy its outdoorsy atmosphere. One person in our group found a large yellow frog in the shower but that comes with the jungle and the fact that it is almost totally open air with only a screen over it. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay here. It was fairly close to the River Kwai bridge and the Kanchanaburi War museum and Cemetery as well as Hell Fire Pass. more
