We stayed in a pool access room for 5 days and really enjoyed the fact that the hotel's rooms all faced inwards around a pool. Wonderful being able to walk from one's room into the pool. Small though it was, it was great. No noise from the many shops and walkways which were meters away . Slight complaint from us... more

We pre-booked this hotel based on positive reviews and it was the most expensive hotel of all of the 7 hotels booked on our trip. So naturally we expected a warm welcoming. First off I found the night time reception staff quite rude, they delivered a list of rules to us upon arrival like we were entering some centre. These... more

We had a suite and a deluxe room. The suite, at 5,500 baht during high season, was terrific value. It features a large roof terrace, jacuzzi bath and outdoor shower, as well as a four-poster bed. The pool is in the center of the 'box'-style courtyard, which creates a slightly cramped, goldfish-bowl feeling to the place. The staff were very... more

We arrived in Phi Phi island for 3 nights on the ferry having had 5 nights in Phuket and were warmly greeted on the pier by hotel staff from the PP Hotel Group (who run the hotel along with others such as PP Hotel and PP Casitas) who took our bags to the hotel for us. The location of the... more

My Boyfriend and I stayed in PP Palm Tree for six days, and had an amazing time. First of we got a pool access room which was very cool, although we couldn't really swim at night (swimming is prohibited after 8pm or smth. like that). Room itself was really nice, good size with enough space to walk in or place... more

Right in the middle of town and close to everything, just five minutes to two beaches. Phi-Phi is said to be a lively place but we heard nothing inside the hotel. If your going to book this hotel then choose one of the "poolside access" rooms, really nice and cosy with direct access to the pool.......nice!. When you arrive by... more

One of best hotels on island. Great location in centre yet cleverly designed to eliminate any noise from nearby. Rooms are clean and modern, staff friendly and helpful. Very nice pool area, breakfast nearby. Would definitely stay again when we return. more

Simply a great, fair priced, immaculately clean, ice cold air con, lovely pool and staff, near to absolutely everything. All you need on Phi Phi - unless you want to stay on the beach and there's no need to - walking 2 mins from hotel takes you to. Deffo stay here again. more

We (couple, 25 and 26) decided on the P. P. Palmtree resort for our two nights in Phi Phi and would definitely stay there again. First, a plug for Koh Phi Phi: We caught the ferry to Koh Phi Phi Don (departs from Phuket Town) to see what it was like after staying in Phuket for 3 nights. We really... more
