Just returned from a week in the quiet beach resort of Klong Muang in Krabi.
We stayed in the resort last year and came across this hotel whilst wondering around one day.
Located just off the main road it is a small family run hotel with about 20 rooms. Our room was spotlessly clean with a good bathroom, air con, fridge and sat tv etc.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and really cannot do enough for you. We went on 2 of their organised boat trips which were wonderful.
The hotel serves excellent food which is taken in the rooftop restaurant which has a terrace overlooking the sea out to the Hong Islands with fantastic sunset views.
It is literally a minutes stroll from the beach with other restaurants and bars a similar distance.
Two restaurants to recommend in particular are The Mother House and the Baan Thai (run by Mr "O"). more
