We stayed here in early November and we were really impressed with the grounds, location and friendly staff. My one complaint is that the majority of the staff only speak enough English related to the task they have. Was surprisingly surprised how much greenery surrounded the hotel. Loved the combination of nature and beach in this hotel. The infinity pool was a nice touch. The staff were really friendly too. This is probably your best choice in Krabi, better than Rayavadee which is very dark, enclosed and has a much smaller beach. At the Sheraton the pool(s) are fabulous, the two mile long beach also, several good restaurants, the legendary Thai smiles and the eagerness to please, it's all there. Just returned from 8 days at this hotel. The Sheraton is a large hotel, set over a very well maintained garden, beach front site. It doesn't for a minute feel like a chain hotel. Returned to the Sheraton for the second year and this time arranged to meet friends that live in singapore. The holiday was thoroughly enjoyable and as it was a bit earlier in the season we managed to grab a fantasic offer from the sheraton web site.
